2019 CERSAIE概述
又一场CERSAIE博览会结束了。我将总结我的见闻和博洛尼亚博览会上值得一提的不同事物的很个人的见解。
首先,我认为参与人数可观。在不知道任何官方数字的情况下,我觉得今年到CERSAIE的人更多了。当然我也可能说错,但展会看起来很繁忙。我一直待到星期五,这是我看到人数较少的唯一一天。星期二可能是一周中最忙碌的一天。
即使中国市场放缓,中国的出席人数还是一如既往地多。大家以为来的中国人可能会少,而事实并非如此。有时,我和我们团队进行观察,几乎在你去的所有地方都看到中国行业的人。不仅在展会,还有参观萨索洛的工厂或设计工作室时,以及前往维罗纳或到这些城市的餐馆里都是如此。您也可以通过微信朋友圈知道,许多人发布了有关展会的动态或展会之后去意大利或欧洲等不同城市的旅行信息。我认为中国行业人士正在做出必要的关注,并且意识到CERSAIE对深入了解流行趋势以及如何有助于以正确的创新来改善品牌的重要性。
知名意大利品牌们对展会的总体反馈很好。他们说展会的出席率与去年一样好,或者可能稍微更好。

CERSAIE 2019 Summary Overview
One more CERSAIE fair came to an end. I will summarize what I saw and my very personal opinion of the different things that are worth mentioning about the fair in BOLOGNA.
First, I think the attendance was good. Without knowing any of the official numbers I had the impression that more people came this year to CERSAIE. I could be wrong of course but I saw the fair busy. I stayed until Friday that was the only day I saw the event with less people. Tuesday was possibly the busiest day of the week.
The Chinese presence was good as always even with the market slowdown in China. Anyone could have thought that the Chinese presence was going to be low and it wasn’t. At times I made the observation to our team I saw Chinese Industry people almost anywhere you go. Not only at the fair but visiting factories or design studios in Sassuolo, going to Verona or at restaurants throughout the city. Also you could tell by checking the social media WeChat where many of them were posting things about the fair or their trips after the fair from different cities in Italy or Europe. I think the Chinese Industry people is paying the necessary attention and is realizing the importance of CERSAIE in regards to understanding in depth the trends and how they help you make your brand better by innovating in the right direction.
The general feedback of the big Italian Brands about the fair was good. They said that the event attendance was as good as last year or maybe slightly better.
CERSAIE once again is the top international ceramic event for surface coverings and bathroom furnishings. The show unites the industry as a showcase of the latest developments and design trends. The fair adopted a new image called open CERSAIE“Let’s Open a New Era”. The idea encompasses a new exhibition concept that continues to showcase a wide range of products focusing on diversity and creating communication with the insightful preview of innovative products, materials, shapes and technology preview.
I still believe that the best way to fully understand CERSAIE is by attending the fair at least 3 days if not even four. Not only by visiting the most important brands booths but also taking to their sales people. Not only the ceramic brands but also the raw materials and design firms located in Pavillion 33. One day you must go to Sassuolo to visit showrooms of the most important Ceramic Brands and Design Firms. We did it again one more time this past week and are ready to start putting the report together and making the best analysis to help us innovate and lead the way.
I hope to see in just a short to more weeks at CERAMBATH in Foshan some of the things we saw and learned in Italy during CERSAIE!
