当你拥有好的环境,好的事情就会发生 WHEN YOU GET THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT, GREAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN!
当一朵花不开的时候,你会改变它生长的环境,而不是花本身,对么? 作为一个公司或组织的领导者,你有责任确保你创造了一个员工喜欢去的地方。我们花费那么多时间在工作上,所以只有当你在那里的时候感觉到一些舒适才是正常的。
当你拥有好的环境,好的事情就会发生,因为这永不在于人,而在于环境。
我仍然感到惊讶的是,在2019年的今天,仍然有很多在管理岗位上的人给人们创造了一种让人害怕的工作环境。大喊、尖叫或咆哮无法使任何环境变成能让人们在其中尽展其能的环境。数百次的事实已经证明,这些以恐惧为基础的环境是不可持续的,会对在这种地方工作的人们的士气和理智造成难以置信的破坏。恐惧不应该在任何工作场所存在!它可能会在短期内或偶尔产生一些积极的影响,但长远来看,它永远是不可持续的。
领导应该以激励为基础,而不是统治;以合作为基础,而不是恐吓。人们不会离开公司,他们只会离开差劲的管理者!
我们在学校里听到过多少次这样的事情,接受过多少次这样的训练,为什么在现实生活中,在真实的商业环境里就不是这样呢?
是因为执掌大权者或管理者觉得有必要通过恐吓来展示权力吗? 是权力已经腐败了吗?
是不是大家觉得有必要让别人害怕来表明他们是老板?
老实说,这种管理方式是过去的事情,它已经完全过时了,如果你还在工作中使用这种管理方式,你现在和将来都将处于严重的劣势。我相信,正如市场正在发生巨大变化一样,管理风格也必须改变和调整。
好的领导者会设立屏障,保护员工免受有害工作环境的伤害。因为越多的负面能量渗透到工作环境和组织文化中,公司就会变得越无法正常运行。
当一个公司的基础就位,比如目标、愿景和价值观,每一个员工都能理解它们并站在和领导者树立了榜样的同一条船上,你的组织很快就会找到存在的拍子和节奏,并成为它能成为的最好的组织。
把你的员工视作领导,给他们支配权,委以责任,授权给他们,通过提供一个美好、整洁、活力的地方来改变或调整工作环境,每天都去做那些能带来很大改变的简单的事情,比如对所有人说早上好,和他们握手,给他们一个拥抱,经常说谢谢,对那些把事情做好的人说干得好,因为他们会感到被欣赏。一个知道自己对公司发展有贡献的人,总是会做得比预期的更好。
最后,激励你的团队相信不可能的事情,很快在你的组织中就会有不可思议的事情发生。
When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower right? As the leader of a company or organization you have the responsibility to ensure you create a place your people love to go to. We spend so much time at work, so it is only natural to feel some sense of comfort while you are there.
When you get the environment right, great things can happen, because it is never the people, it is the environment.
It is still amazing to me that today in 2019 there still is many people in management positions that create an environment of fear to get the people to work. No amount of yelling, shouting or screaming can transform any environment into one that allows the people to do their best. It has been proven hundreds of times that these fear-based environments are not sustainable and are incredibly damaging to the morale and sanity of the people that work in this kind of places. Fear shouldn’t have a place at any workplace! It may have some positive impact short term and every now and then, but it is never sustainable in the long term.
Leadership should be based on inspiration, not domination; on cooperation not, intimidation. People don’t leave companies, they leave lousy managers!
How many times have we heard all these things, how many times we were trained, thought in school about this? Why in the world in real life, real business environments simply don’t happen?
Is it that the person in power or management feels the need to be intimidating to show power? Does power corrupt?
Do people feel the need to be feared to show they are the boss?
Honestly this kind of management is a thing of the past, it is completely obsolete, and if you are still practicing this kind of management at work you are at a serious disadvantage now and forever will be. I believe that just as the market is changing drastically management style must change and adjust as well.
Great leaders set up shields to protect their employees from toxic work environments. Because the more negative energy filters into the working environment and into the culture of the organization the more dysfunctional the company will become.
When the fundamentals of a company are in place like purpose, vision and values and every single employee understand them and are on the same boat where the leader is leading by setting the example your organization son will find its pulse and rhythm of existence to become the best it could be.
Treat your employees as leaders, give them control, delegate responsibility, empower them, change or adjust the work environment, by providing them a nice, clean, colorful place to work at, practice every single day the simple things that make a big difference like saying good morning to all of them, shake their hands, give them a hug, say thank you often, say great work to the person that is making good things because a person that feels appreciated, a person that knows is contributing to the progress of the company will always do more than it is expected.
And finally Inspire your team to believe in the impossible, and soon than you thing incredible things can happen in your organization.
