是时候改变?一些公司需要认真考虑一下了!
This time of the year once the different companies know and realize how good or bad (Most probably bad) they did for the year they start asking themselves should we stay the same and try to survive for a little longer or have a bad year again or ask themselves how long can we stay like this or should we do something different and change?
又到了一年的这个时候,不同的公司都会知道和发现这一年到底做得好或者不好(大部分做得不好)。他们开始会自省:我们是需要继续做同样的事情还是努力让自己生存长久一点,假如下一年情况还是不乐观,像这样还能经营多久,或者我们是否需要有一些不同和改变?
I believe there are many companies that are very seriously considering changing significantly something of what they have been doing in the past that used to work for them but it is definitely not working well for them know now and has not been working for a longer time (Maybe a year or two)
我相信很多公司都在很认真地考虑做一些有意义的事情,有些做法可能对于过去很管用,但是现在可能已经没有什么效果或者有效的时间不会很长(也许一年或者两年)
The only constant in this world is change, everything, absolutely everything changes with time and unfortunately this past few months or a couple of years the change has been so important that it is absolutely demanding that the different companies not only in the ceramic industry but pretty much in every industry to adjust or potentially face death!
世界唯一不变的就是改变,所有事情都是这样!随着时间的推移,所有的事情绝对都变了。然而很不幸,过去的几个月和这些年,改变是多么的重要,以至要求不仅仅是陶瓷行业,甚至所有行业的公司都需要调整,否则则面临死亡!
In these difficult times it is not the strongest or biggest companies or even the ones with the most money that survive but it is instead the ones that adapt to the change the fastest to the new existing situation.
在这些困难的时期,能够生存下来的并不是那些最强最大或者最赚钱的公司,而是那些能够最快适应新环境的公司。
Unfortunately many companies believe that just copying the ones that are doing a little better is the magic formula for success or to do better. I have noticed while I have lived in China of how often this constantly happen. The different brands see that “Company A” is doing well and try to copy or reproduce their products first and even at times they go further and even try to copy their style, showrooms, etc., not completely realizing one thing that is extremely important and that they are not paying attention to: It is not the ONLY the products, it is not Marble ceramics (As an example) what is going to make you sell more! It is a lot more than that, a lot more than only the products.
不幸的是,许多公司都认为只要模仿那些做得更好的事情,就是成功的法宝,或者做得更好。当我在中国的时候,我经常发现这种事情的发生,不同的品牌看到“A公司”做得很好,然后他们首先尝试复制别人的产品,有时甚至会做得更多,会复制别人的风格、展厅等等。他们完全没有意识到一件非常重要的事情:这不仅仅是产品,并不是大理石瓷砖(举个例子)让你卖得更多,这远远比产品超出很多。
It is a much bigger change and adjustment that involves many other things: Like People, mentality, new plans, goals, training, management, etc. Quite honestly it is “EVERYTHING”, pretty much of what needs to adjust to the more demanding environment and the sooner you do it the better otherwise you future is not going to be very promising. If you DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING, nothing is going to change!
这是一个更大的变化和调整,涉及到许多其他的事情:想人员、材料、新计划、目标、训练、管理。很诚实的说,这是“一切”,相当多的东西需要调整到更高的环境,并且你最好尽早实施,否则你的未来是不会有前途的。如果你不改变任何事情,没有什么会改变!
